Merlin Wireless built by Berg.
The Liquor Management System that does it all!

Affordable • Functional • Easy to use • Venue friendly • POS/PC interface compatible

The Merlin WirelessTM Liquor Control System with patented 21st-century technology is the most advanced electronic liquor control system available. It operates on Berg’s Infinity Software, the only software on the market that eliminates liquor losses and controls cash and inventory in real-time. All drinks and cocktails are consistent for enhanced customer satisfaction.

The Merlin system consists of Berg’s patented PC-based Infinity Software, the Merlin intelligent liquor pourer linked by Bluetooth to a touch screen smartwatch and an electronic base station. When integrated with a POS system:

  • All drinks and cocktails are automatically registered in POS as poured, saving bartender’s order entry time and any errors.
  • Variance reports reconcile liquor sold versus liquor poured.

Merlin Wireless System Key Features

  • Operates wirelessly via Bluetooth and RF technology
  • All bottles are security sealed, eliminating all liquor losses
  • Smartwatch sets to four selectable portions and four price levels
  • Bartenders can pour drinks up to 100+ feet from the base station
  • More than 3,000+ pours per charge (10-15 cases of liquor)
  • Interfaces to POS/cash register
  • Cocktailing upgrade offers 200 cocktails, 200 bands and up to five liquors per recipe

The Merlin Intelligent Pourer

  • A 3-axis accelerometer continually reads the location of the pourer. When a bottle lifts, the system wakes up. It distinguishes when the bottle moves from side to side and, once tipped to pouring position, it releases the exact amount of liquor set by the watch.
  • Pairing lock technology allows bartenders to share high-end brands.
  • Guarantees a precisely calibrated pour every time, regardless of pouring angle.
  • Flashes a four-color sequential signal when charging is required.
  • Remains in “airplane mode” until activated, saving battery life.
  • More than 3,000 pours between battery charges (10 to 15 cases of liquor) – approximately 2,500 for thicker viscosities.
  • Bartenders have the flexibility to pour drinks at any station up to 100+ feet from the register and automatically record on the POS.

The Merlin Wireless Watch
