Each liquor bottle at the rail and on the back bar is fitted with a bottle top pourer secured with a tamper-evident security seal. The pourers will not dispense unless engaged with the activator ring, ensuring that each drink is dispensed accurately and recorded. The bartender simply brings the selected bottle up through the ring – with either hand – and pours the drink with a conventional pouring motion. Liquor bottles are grouped by price level. Choose from 7 or 15 price level systems with up to 4 portion sizes per price level for enough flexibility to handle all of the price levels needed to manage all the liquor in a well stocked bar. Get up to 28 possible drink prices with a 7 price level system, and up to 60 drink prices with a 15 price level system – more than enough to meet every drink situation. A microchip embedded in each bottle top pourer is assigned to that liquor bottle’s specific brand, enabling tracking of the specific brand, portion size and price for every pour. Each cocktail is pre-programmed with its specific combination and volume of liquors and mixers for fast and accurate dispensing through the programmed liquor dispensers. The result is a consistent mix, volume and flavor every time – served up fast! The user friendly Cocktail Pad makes cocktail selection fast and easy and displays the selected drink’s ingredients right on the Cocktail Pad’s easy to read display. A single product code (PLU) for the cocktail is sent to the POS system for easy ring up as one cocktail, yet the volume poured for each ingredient dispensed is tracked individually for liquor inventory control and reporting.
