Laser Gun Style Beverage & Liquor Control Systems Back Room Components

While unseen, the back room components for Berg Laser™ gun style beverage and liquor dispensers and control systems are an essential part of the Laser liquor control system, housing all of the beverage and liquor reserves that supply the Laser beverage and liquor gun dispensers at each bar station.

The back room can be located 500’ or more from the bar stations and Laser beverage and liquor gun dispensers. For complete liquor control, the back room is a separate locked room with limited access for securing your valuable liquor inventory.

Beverage and liquor tubing are routed to connect the secure back room equipment and liquor reserves with the Laser beverage and liquor gun dispensers installed at each bar station.

The liquor reserve systems and Space Saver™ modular liquor rack systems are designed to accommodate enough liquor for a full shift or more without change out – so bartender time is spent serving and pouring and you control access to liquor inventory.

Back room equipment for the Laser beverage and liquor pouring systems include the beverage and liquor reserves and pumps, Space Saver modular liquor reserve racks, air compressors and interconnecting tubing and tube bundles.

Laser Liquor Reserves & Pumps

The unique Berg 3-bottle liquor reserves are compact and can be interconnected for your most popular higher volume liquor brands to provide enough liquor reserve capacity to cover a full shift or more (many gallons), eliminating bartender down time changing empty reserves or getting replacement bottles from stock. Bartender time is spent serving and pouring and you control access to liquor inventory.

Berg liquor racks and liquor reserves accommodate 0.75 liter and 1.75 liter liquor bottles, as well as taller and specialty bottles like Gray Goose. The Berg 3-bottle liquor reservesempty in sequence so empty bottles can be changed out, rather than having 3 partially empty bottles, which makes keeping reserves full and liquor inventory management easier. Berg also has a single-bottle liquor reserve for lower volume brands. Like the 3-bottle liquor reserves, it also accommodates all liquor bottle sizes.

Berg pumps, used for pumping liquor from the reserves, are a constant pressure diaphragm type pumps to help ensure delivery of precise drink volumes. The pumps are certified to NSF/ANSI sanitation standards and come in two sizes, one with an output connection for 1/4'” ID tubing and the other to fit the 3/8” ID tubing.

With this style of pump it is necessary to stop the flow should the liquor level in the reserve reservoir become low to prevent air from being pumped into the liquor line, so Berg offers the Auto Stop for the 3-bottle liquor reserve that automatically shuts down the pump if the reservoir gets low.

Laser Tube & Tube Bundles

Liquor is pumped from the liquor reserves in the back room to the Laser beverage and liquor gun dispensers installed at each bar station through tubing configured into tube bundles.

Tube bundles are available with 1/4'” ID tubing or 3/8” ID tubing and have 17 tubes per bundle (based on our popular Laser 1600 liquor dispensing system accommodating 16 liquor brands).

Unlike others in the industry, Berg includes an additional tubing line for backup, in case one of the lines is damaged and not easily repaired.

Berg offers Laser liquor dispensing systems to accommodate 6, 12, 16, 24 and 32 liquor brands, so the number of liquor bundles you need depends on the number of brands you want to serve with yourLaser liquor control systems.

Laser Air Compressors

Berg air compressors are efficient and Quiet!

The air compressor supplies air to drive the pumps and is typically located near the Space Saver liquor reserve racks for convenience and simpler installation.

Berg air compressors have a built in regulator to setup the basic supply capacity. A second, more precise regulator is installed to regulate pressure to the pumps. The air compressor tank includes a drain valve so water can be drained if needed for air compressors operating in humid conditions.
